Sautéed Spinach with Pine Nuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 10g butter
  • 1 garlic clove, sliced
  • 250g baby spinach leaves, washed
  • 50g California Raisins
  • 50g toasted pine nuts
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper

Preparation

  1. In a large frying pan over high heat, melt olive oil and butter. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute without burning. Add spinach, pinenuts and raisins. Let cook until spinach is wilted.
  2. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately, as a side dish.
