CALIFORANGES - Makes 4
What you will need
280g California Raisins
2 large oranges
1 packet of sugar free
orange-flavoured jelly
How?
- Cut oranges in half, remove the fruit and discard the pith and pips.
- Shave a little from the bottom of each half orange so they stand flat.
- Juice the flesh and marinate the California Raisins in the juice for 1 hour.
- Make the sugar free orange jelly as per packet instructions.
- Stir the California Raisins into the jelly.
- Divide the mix between orange shells and place in the fridge until set.
