Are you getting your 5 A Day?

You should be eating at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, make a note of just how many you are eating over a week - maybe you are eating enough, if so keep it up and try for 10 a day. If you may need to try and eat a little more print this chart and use it to record what you are eating. Why not print one each and have a competition?

- Everytime you have any of the fruit and vegetables on the list you need to tick the box under the day and write down which ones you've eaten.
