Award Scheme
Sport and exercise are vital in maintaining a healthy lifestyle at any age and football is one of the most played sports in the UK and is a great way of keeping fit.
California Raisins recognised this and began to work with the English Schools Football Association (ESFA) to support their award scheme.
The ESFA are involved with all schools around the country, that's 10,000,000 children, and California Raisins were keen to encourage all school children to participate in schools football.
The California Raisin/ESFA award scheme allows players of all abilities to participate and be recognised through an official award scheme.
Over 12,000 badges have been awarded in just over 2 years and the scheme is growing by the day with more and more schools coming on board regularly.
