You will need- 75g butter
- Brioche loaf
- 50g chocolate drops
- 50g California Raisins
- 150ml milk
- 50g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp raspberry jam
- Chocolate spread
- Grated rind and juice of 1 orange
- Double cream to serve

Method- Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4.
- Grease a large shallow ovenproof dish with some of the butter. Cut the brioche in half and butter it with the remainder.
- Place the buttered half of the brioche in the bottom of the dish and spread with chocolate spread.
- Sprinkle with the rind and half the raisins.
- Place the remaining brioche half on top and cover with the rest of the raisins and chocolate drops.
- Mix the milk, cream, sugar and juice in a jug and pour over the brioche and leave to soak for 30 minutes.
- Place the dish into a roasting tin, which has been filled halfway up with boiling water and baked in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
- Warm the jam then spread over the baked dish and serve with fresh double cream.
