You will need- 250g California Raisins
- 150ml grape juice
- Orange rind, granted
- 4 egg whites
- 50g soft brown sugar

Method- Place the raisins into a bowl with the grape juice and orange zest. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven 180°C/350°F/Gas 4. Place 6 oiled individual dishes on a baking sheet.
- Place egg whites in clean bowl and whisk, add the sugar and whisk further until stiff. Gently fold in the raisins until well blended.
- Divide the mixture between the dishes and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and well risen.
- Serve immediately with reduced fat Greek yogurt.
